It’s Friday, and it’s time for a ‘Flashback Friday’ here on

The sixth edition comes during a holiday week.  Just a couple days ago we celebrated our great country and the ‘Red and White’ – today we celebrate the proudest moment in our franchise’s Red and White history.

May 23, 1993 the Soo Greyhounds won it’s first, and only, Memorial Cup Championship.
The Hounds, who entered as the host team, defeated the OHL Champion Peterborough Petes 4-2 in front of over 4,500 fans at the Sault Memorial Gardens.
